I’m receiving a pension from the Somerfield Scheme

This section of the website provides information for our pensioners. Some of you built up a pension by paying into the Scheme during your working lives, while others may have inherited a pension on the death of a member.

View your payslips/P60s online

The Somerfield Scheme stopped sending out paper payslips and P60s in 2022, and these documents are now available online through the Co-op’s MyHR system. If you need help registering for MyHR, please send an email to [email protected] or call us on 0330 606 1001 (selecting option 3).

MyHR helps to make our communications with pensioners more secure, meaning your P60s and payslips won’t get lost or intercepted in the post – with the added benefit of being available whenever you want them. You should update your contact details and bank account details through MyHR. We’ve produced a step-by-step guide to help you access MyHR

Overseas Pensioner Address Verification Exercise

It is important that the Trustee of the Scheme hold up to date address details for all their members.  The Trustee have appointed the services of the XPS Pensions Group to carry out an address verification exercise for all overseas pensioner members who are in receipt of a pension.

If you are an overseas pensioner, you may have received a letter from XPS Pensions Group which sets out how to update your personal details.

If you have any questions following receipt of the letter, please call XPS Pensions Group from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday on 0118 918 50 58 quoting the reference at the top of your letter or visit the Online Verification Website at; www.XPSverification.com to confirm your details.

Please be assured that the XPS Pensions Group only have access to the necessary information required to carry out this exercise. Your data remains secure and will not be shared with any other party outside of Scheme, or its providers, without your authority.
